For us, the most gratifying element of G2’s review platform is being able to read our users’ unvarnished, no-strings-attached feedback that confirms we’re achieving our mission to help revenue teams focus more on the hard work of closing deals and spend less time on chasing them.
To help companies communicate excellence in their individual areas of expertise, G2 issues badges—a straightforward, visual cue for how a company’s solutions stack up against their competitors. In addition to the 40 badges we earned in G2’s spring, summer and fall lists, we earned another 16 badges in the Winter Report:
As we mentioned earlier, we believe that G2’s Grid® Reports in particular now form a critical source of information for software customers. That’s why we’re particularly excited to have earned a badge in three different Grid® Report categories: AI Sales Assistant, Intelligent Virtual Assistant and Conversational Marketing.
