• Open Conversation Editor:

      2. Select Conversation Editor.
      3. Choose the conversation you want to edit and select the Contact List you are working on.

• Select the Message:

1. 1. 1. In Conversation Editor, locate the message you want to switch modes for.

• Switch Modes:

1. 1. 1. Click on the Mode Name displayed above the message (this will show as “Standard Messaging”).
      2. A dropdown menu will appear. Select Custom Messaging from the dropdown.

• Save Changes:

1. 1. Make any necessary edits in the Custom Messaging mode.
   2. Click Save Changes before navigating away from the messaging page to ensure your customizations are retained.
